A simple pawnshop system designed to help you kickstart your project. It includes customizable items, a currency system with ATM support, and full transaction tracking for deposits and withdrawals. The custom transaction function can easily be reused to create new types of logs as needed. The system also features a basic inventory with a user interface that supports both keyboard and gamepad input, a physics-based door for realistic interaction, and an interactive shopkeeper whose inventory can be configured to match your game’s needs. This template serves as a solid foundation, allowing you to expand and adapt it to fit your project.

Features

  • Salable Items

There are 2 items available for showcase: jewelry and paintings. They can be edited in the editor, such as the commercial value of the item. You can add all the items you want in your game yourself as you wish, there is no limit, since the pawnshop menu uses a scroll box you won’t need to worry about items on top of each other or visual deformations.

  • Currency and ATM

A pawnshop needs a currency system to function, so we include in this asset our ATM with withdrawal, deposit and transaction options as for the currency system itself from our previous assets so that you have everything at your disposal in a single asset.

  • Physics Door

Exactly that, a door so that the player doesn’t have to enter through the window or the roof.

  • Inventory

A simple inventory system so that when your player collects an item it can be stored for later sale.

  • Shopkeeper

Our friendly shopkeeper will be available to receive all your items at once or separately. You don’t need to sell everything you can just sell one or two if you need money quickly. The shopkeeper will pay you in cash to “avoid tax” so you will have to deposit the money at the local ATM.
