This is the game ready modular futuristic sci fi medical laboratory package consist of essential devices.

Each model is textured by PBR materials.

Texture size is 2048X2048 for small props and 4096X4096 for large props.

Drag and drop material instance variations are included for ease of use, with exposed parameters for more controlled customization.

Each model is modular.

Some parts i.e. drawer of desk/stand, morgue parts, glass cap of menpod prop and doors are moveable to provide more oppurtinity.
