Stylized Town Assets Pack contains a kit of models and textures to create an houses and they interiors. All models and textures have been hand-crafted to make every object in the scene unique. Also, all objects are optimized and have Lods for use in projects designed for weak systems. For materials (not all) I used BaseColor, Metallic, Roughness, Emissive and Normal textures. The screenshots show an example of a scene that is included with the pack, is an example scene of using assets with fully static light.
