Real Landscape

Real Landscape is a powerful suite of tools for creating amazing landscapes using auto material and multiple layers, brushes for sculpting and painting terrains, procedural tools (landscape grass types and procedural foliage volumes), 3D photoscans, blueprints, effects, distant meshes, etc. You can create a whole landscape in a few minutes.

Meadow

This pack contains 2 playable demo levels. One level is a 64km² mountain landscape with lakes, meadows, small forests, Alpine lake like. The other one is a 64km² composed of green islands with meadows, cliffs plunging into the sea, Scottish Island inspired. You can use them directly in your project, modify them or create new landscapes from zero. Whatever the distance and the angle you look at, the view is immersive and photo-realistic. With this collection of assets and tools, you will be able to paint awesome scenes, from plains to sharp mountains, farmlands, islands, hills, valleys and much more.

Landscape Auto Material

Developed according to the nature’s logic, the included auto material will paint the right textures at the right places, depending on altitudes, slopes and ground variations, creating realistic scenes fast. Change in a few clicks the presence and altitude of beach, snow, rocks and visualize instantly the result. An important quantity of parameters are also included to let artists change textures, tints, contrast, luminosity, texture scales, variations, etc.

Procedural and manual tools

In addition to the landscape auto material, procedural tools like procedural foliage spawners and procedural grass configurations included increase the production speed. Populate a whole level in an organic way just in a few seconds.

In harmony with the procedural tools; This pack includes configured Foliage Types to manually paint or remove foliage in the scene. We also added Alpha brushes that are useful for sculpting and painting the landscape: you can sculpt the terrain to generate topography manually where you want.

Photoscanned assets

To increase realism and accuracy, textures and 3D models are cleaned, calibrated and directly created from our own photographs. These models are using our core master materials which, again, provides a lot of parameters.

Optimized and Game-Ready

3D models: made for current and next-gen platforms with the lowest polygon count without reducing visual quality. From far to close view, the triangle count is always optimized thanks to the LOD system. Furthermore, Material IDs and UVs are also made to have the minimum impact on render.

Materials: only the necessary functions are present and you have the ability to activate/deactivate features in the material instances to match with the platforms aimed.

Textures: in accordance with the UVs, textures are also sized to prevent from unnecessary weight and memory consumption.

info: Levels are running average 60 fps on Epic settings on a GTX 1070 (Strix-OC) in Full-HD, fully dynamic lights.
