What is it?
Local Outlines is a collection of materials that utilize decals to draw colorful lines across the edges of your models. Each material contains a deep level of customization using efficient instruction counts with static switches.

Why Decals?
Using decals for a localized post process effect is an efficient way of saving shader complexity.
Local Outlines also contains a version of the material that works on transparent geometry in front of the mesh you wish to draw outlines on.
