Collection of assets for map border designing. Helps mark the map borders or hide something outside the playable area. Can also be used to create areas within the map.
In the playable demo you can change main parameters of the borders and check for yourself all the material examples
There are 7 kinds of borders included in this asset:

Mesh Border
Vertical rectangular or circular border. Can be used as a map boundary or as fake fog to hide objects outside the map.

Decal Border
Rectangular or round border that projects onto all surfaces. Useful if you want the border to follow all surface irregularities.

Spline Border
Vertical border constructed using spline points. Useful if you want the border to be irregular in shape. Can be closed.

Spline Decal Border
Border that’s constructed via spline points. Is projected onto all surfaces. Useful if you want an irregularly shaped border that follows all surface irregularities. Can be closed.

Sphere Border
Simple border in the form of a sphere or a dome. Can be used as a map boundary or as fake fog to hide objects outside the map.

Blocking Border
Vertical rectangular or circular border with collision. Useful for restricting the camera movement or other actors within the map or area.

Blocking Spline Border
Borders with collision, constructed via spline points with an option to be closed. Useful for quickly creating invisible walls, or for restricting an area of irregular shape.

Each border blueprint has a function that checks if a point with (X,Y) coordinates falls inside the given area, and corner rounding is taken into account when checking that. For spline borders it works for both the convex and concave polygonal areas.
