Important Note: UE5 Manny Doesn’t have all the animations I wanted to add due to time constraints however this isnt noticeable unless you use the crouch on the UE5 Mannequin or Walk Backwards in first person. The UE4 Mannequin has all the animations, it just has a different skeleton. The Meta Humans have been discontinued due to bugs, you can retarget UE5 Manny’s anims to a Meta Human using The Meta Human Base Skeleton.

IF YOU DO NOT ENABLE THESE AND START THE PROJECT WITH THIS PRODUCT THE CONTROL RIG ASSET INCLUDED WILL NOT SHOW UP AND THE CONTROL RIG NODE IN THE FPP AND TPP BLUEPRINTS WILL BE GONE AND YOU’LL HAVE TO REPLACE IT.
Basic 8 Directional Movement Pack is an animation pack with 117 Animations for Movement with Full body IK using CTRL Rig, and Aim Offset, for Q.O.L improvements, to help you get started with game development. Blueprints are also included so its simple plug and play!
(It’s recommended that you install on a separate fresh 3rd person template project for testing!)

1.5 – (Latest) (Update)
- Added support for UE4 again.
- Added more animations
- Added support for Turn in Place (first person only) (this can be changed in the BP)
- Added support for first person (Don’t press F8 in first person D:)
- Added a mesh for the first person model, This makes it easier to animate for and it makes it more convenient.
- Added first person exclusive animations.
- Added slide end, and loop in the experimental folder for UE5 Manny in case anyone wants to implement it before I do officially. (still figuring it out)

- UE5 Manny & Quinn Added, only Manny has animations this Hotfix, 1.5 (Next Update) Will have Animation Quality & Quantity Improvements.
- Full Body IK added with CTRL Rig for both UE4 and UE5 Mannequins.
