This is a modular building set that helps you create a realistic old environment quickly and easily. The building assets use a material that is set up for multi layer texture blending and vertex painting, it allows you to add variation to your scene by using a mask and it also allows you to vertex paint with or without your mask, this gives you full control and lets you have complete creative freedom when creating your scene. The modular pieces are modeled with a exterior and interior, this allows you to quickly create your building with minimal effort. A large collection of props are also included. In total, this pack contains 96 meshes, 30 materials and countless material variation instances. The pack also includes 5 creepy ambient sound tracks as a bonus!
