Project requires certain plugins and project setting to work:
Plugins:
- Virtual Heightfield Mesh (to save more performance, disable plugin, delete VHM actor from level and set landscape to Draw In Main Pass in Landscapes RVT Settings)
- Geometry Script
- PCG Framework
- Water (for water material)
- Water extras (for water material)

- Virtual Textures enabled
It features:
- Nanite technology: The environment uses high detail nanite for foliage, and buildings. The nanite models have vertex information that enables material effects such as wall damages and metal rust. Comined with virtual textures, Lustberg delivers very high detail textures and geometry.
- RVT and Virtual Heightfield Mesh: The environment uses these features to blend roads and other objects with the landscape with high detail tessellation.
- PCG Foliage: Easily control density and area of foliage with PCG graph
- Blueprints for level design: The fences and sidewalks are generated from splines using blueprint code.
The environment is optimized for high-end machines, but it can run on lower-end devices with some adjustments. For example, disabling Virtual Heightfield Mesh and Height RVT can improve performance. The product was tested on Steam Deck and achieved ~40fps at full resolution with no optimizations.
The product requires the following plugins to function: Water, WaterExtras, GeometryScripting, and VirtualHeightfieldMesh.
The environment also includes some meshes from my UVB-80 Modular Military Base project, such as a gate, a dish-satellite, and a metal water-tower.
