This kit contains all the pieces to make a motel of any size, with pieces to make staircases going as high as you want, as well as modular building blocks to make any interior that suits your needs. Also comes with interior assets that include a bathroom, clean and dirty beds and various other props as well. Includes a Blueprint based telephone pole system, a rain particle & a floor that allows you to paint raindrops on using vertex paint. An example scene is included as well as a classic van as a bonus.
